Quadrant Construction won the 2018 Tomato Kitchen Design Awards with this stunning renovation. An impressive Miele appliance wall is complete with fridge drawers, steam oven, convection oven, and a built-in coffee machine. Caesarstone countertops, large island, wine rack/bookshelf and cooktop create a mid-century modern look and highly functional space.
The sun room features clear cedar ceilings, a contemporary malm fireplace and a built-in bar with a mid-century style yellow tile backsplash. Some of the other features throughout the renovation include a new railing in the front entry, teak pocket doors throughout, teak built-in units in the dining room, living room and sun room and a magnetic wall off the back entry/kitchen space for the busy family.
Basement renovations were completed through the home owner’s insurance due to a flood. Quadrant oversaw the necessary abatement process and then renovated the affected areas which included a new 4 piece bath, bedroom, TV room and office.
