A comprehensive home renovation that honored the original architecture while elevating the overall atmosphere. The kitchen was completely gutted, and a wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to create a more open, flowing space. A striking hood fan, adorned with Zellige tile, was installed, complemented by custom integrated shelving with a sleek liquid metal finish. Thoughtful custom millwork features include a concealed coffee and drink bar, maintaining a streamlined, minimalist aesthetic. The primary bedroom was transformed with custom closets, and the primary bath received an update with a bespoke double vanity and a luxurious steam shower. Both the main and basement bathrooms were entirely renovated, along with the new laundry room in the basement. Fresh paint throughout the home, along with refinished wood trim, capping, and doors, completed the transformation.
